PROSECCO POP UP
The delight of Prosecco
Come taste and sip and enjoy the beauty that is Prosecco.
Prosecco has become one of the most beloved sparkling wines in the world. Claiming its status through the ever-present fruit and flower aromas, versatility and excellent quality with an affordable price tag.
Unlike champagne’s secondary fermentation which takes place in the bottle, Prosecco is fermented in stainless steel tanks, which helps to make it more efficient and affordable. Just because it’s efficient doesn’t mean the Tank Method produces uncomplicated wines. Prosecco is made with highly aromatic grapes, and the “cleaner” tank method allows those aromatics to shine through—and literally bubble up—in the finished product.
The Prosecco experience @BLANK was created not only highlight the essence, beauty and versatility of Prosecco, but also to demonstrate how it can be used as a mixer in many of the most iconic cocktails. Allowing you to watch, learn and taste a variety of cocktails from an elegant Bellini to a Negroni S’bagliato which you then can recreate at home.
Through valuable tips learnt from behind the Blank Bar you now can toast to a special occasion, unwind with friends and create the perfect Prosecco cocktails to sip and enjoy in style.

GOOD TO KNOW
These delightful bubblies we know and love today came from the village of Prosecco, a suburb of Trieste. The name “prosecco” is actually Slovenian, from prozek, or “path through the woods.” (Prior to being called Prosecco, the region was known as Puccino.) Today, Prosecco production extends beyond the small village, but this is where it all began.
Food Pairing: Prosecco leans more towards the sweeter end of the spectrum and because of this it’s an ideal match with cured meats and fruit-driven appetizers like prosciutto-wrapped melon and middle-weight Asian dishes such as Thai noodles and sushi.
